 Real estate agent Katelin Murphy –of Benson and Mangold Real Estate– serves sellers and buyers on Maryland's Eastern Shore in the Chesapeake Bay region, including Dorchester, Caroline, Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico, and Worcester Counties, with business partner, Associate Broker, Craig Linthicum. Her passion for real estate is a natural extension of her entrepreneurial spirit, marketing background, and love of all things Eastern Shore.  

Originally from Dorchester County, Katelin is proud of her rich family heritage tied to the region and has literally and figuratively roamed the Chesapeake Bay region all her life. Whether boating, crabbing, oystering, fishing, hunting, or collecting local memorabilia, Katelin is pursuing her passions. She founded Let Me Organize You Marketing, a company specializing in website development, social media management, graphic design, and photography, established in 2015.

She is an alumna of Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, Delaware, where she earned two master's degrees in international business and marketing. Katelin is a consummate networker and understands that developing business relationships is essential. Her professional and community engagement activities include membership in the Mid Shore Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, Dorchester County Historical Society, Wilmington Wine Guild, and Daughters of the American Revolution of the Great Choptank Parish.

In addition to her real estate and marketing background, Katelin's clients benefit from her 15+ years of property management experience. She has honed a unique understanding of regional real estate investment opportunities by watching where the market has been and seeing where it is going firsthand.
